OUR STORY
We are a team of Chemical Engineers and Information Technology professionals with deep business process workflow knowledge.
IRESC was founded in 2012 by a group of experienced professionals with the aim to serve the oil and gas industry as a specialist consulting firm with a global outlook. IRESC was initially established in Hong Kong. We have now expanded with offices located in Australia, India, Singapore, UAE and USA.
IRESC has a team of highly qualified, multi-disciplinary risk practitioners with global experience. We provide services for clients in the Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Processing, Refineries, Chemical and Petrochemical sectors and have undertaken risk, environmental and reliability studies for major projects during basic/detailed engineering phase and operational phase.
IRESC is an independent professionally managed organization providing impartial advice and solutions to clients. We work closely with clients to understand key issues and provide fit-for purpose analyses for managing risks, environment and safety concerns as well as maximizing value for our clients’ business. Our focus is on technical quality and responsiveness to clients.

Quality Management System
IRESC’s Quality Management System (QMS) has been established and implemented to provide consistency over the quality of the consultancy services provided to IRESC’s clients that meets the client’s requirements as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The QMS is also intended to enhance client’s satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance for preventing non-conformity. The QMS applies to all risk, process safety, environment and reliability consulting services offered by IRESC.
IRESC’s QMS has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015. It has been independently audited by third party consultant, Bureau Veritas and has been certified by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
IRESC QMS is maintained and continually improved through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action and management review. A brief description of the QMS including activities related with its implementation is provided below.
